With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Last night I decided to practice my pull-ups at home. I did for several minutes until my hands couldn't take it anymore. Then, BAM!...pull-ups are the only thing in today's WOD!
I went to the gym this morning determined not to use the gravitron. Soooo, I only got 5 rounds of pull-ups, BUT all of them were unassisted. My hands are swollen and throbbing. :) I love CrossFit.
I didn't feel like that was enough so I did 3 rounds for time of 20 of each of 30# DB swings, back extensions, sit-ups, knees to elbows. It was a nice add-on for the last day before an amazing rest day!

i know i could have done more but my hands started tearing due to the "small" 1/2 inch pull up bar at the PD station. anyways beat my rounds by two from last time. an improvement!
