I didn't have time to get 5 sets on all 3 lifts so I duplicated what I did last time (5,4,3). I did, like last time, split jerks instead of push jerks. They make me look cool to all the people on the treadmills and cable machines at 5:30AM. I really like that lift.
I can NOT get that 80# SP up again, but I did pr by 10# on the sets of PP and SJ. I think I could get a 1RM on SJ of 110 or so. I think I'll try that this evening with some bumpers...
Today:
SP: 75, 80(F), 70, 70, 70
PP: 75, 80, 85 (pr by 10#), 75
SJ: 75, 85, 95 (pr by 10#)
May 3rd:
SP (5x1): 60, 70, 80, 70, 70
PP (4x3): 65, 75 (F on 3rd rep), 75 (F on 2nd rep), 70
PJ (3x5): 60, 70, 80
