Put the guys at work through a Tabata Interval WOD.
21 intervals of each or 7 rounds of:
Slosh pipe back squats (35#)
Pylometric tire jumps (jump into and out = one rep)
Sit-ups
20 sec on/10 sec off to switch to next event.
Top score so far... 240
