Four months ago Mary started CrossFit Jackson unable to get into a deadlift position. Under the coaching of Ashley and Nick and due to her determination and willingness to work hard, yesterday Mary PR'd with 135# on the deadlift.
Outstanding Job!!

1 rep max is 190, but 160 was heavy on rep 5 and grip was failing. Probably could go higher with stronger grip.
Finished with 20 kipping pull-ups for skill work. They are getting much easier and I am able to get chest high on a couple now.
