Some kipping pull-ups each round and some band assisted (we've got some new Iron Woody bands!)
Probably kipped 10 (rd 1), 5 (rd 2) and 1 (rd 3) again, just like last time.
She got me good.

I may have missed the point w/ my time. I used 2 30lb dumbbells for thrusters
12 break 9
10 break 5 short breaks but breaks.
9 straight.
Pullups
12 standard then 9 jumps
5 then 10 jmps
9 standard
