I didn't do the WOD, but I practiced my pull-ups, practiced my handstands and played tennis for 2 hours.

Had to break up sets, especially in the later rounds of L-sits. L-sits got ugly as WOD progressed. Was able to get the first 15 HSPU's without stopping.
As rx'd except for pull-ups were on the rings. More muscle/strength fatigue than metcon.
