Walking Lunge, 12 steps
15 Glute-Ham Sit-ups
15 Hip Extensions
5 Muscle-ups

For time...
-2 min row
-200 single unders
30 reps of each...
-Walking lunges
-45# or 65# Thrusters
-Box Jumps
-Wall ball (12# or 15#)
-Sit-ups
-SDHP's (35# or 65#)
-KB swings 30#
-Line sprints (tennis court width)

Thanks to Becca and Shelby for joining Jennie and I in the heat. Both did outstanding jobs!
Oh by the way Shelby is 5 months pregnant so whats your excuse??
