Holy Crap Batman.......this mother was harder than it looked!!!!
7 rounds and 6 push ups. Did normal dips no rings at my gym. I also never knew 115lbs could be so freakin heavy.

dudes and dudettes it is not just us I have been reading postings all around and I think this one has kicked a bunch of butts. I don't know what it was about this one but it was horrible. Fortunately I have been married for 15 years and I can deal with the pain.

This wod was very, very important. It develops all the muscles needed for midget tossing. IN 2012 when little people tossing
(correct P.C. term) becomes An Olympic sport we will be ready.

Or to do this WOD which will be the weekend now. Today I did the "assemble school playground for time" WOD and 2 1/2 hours in, we were nowhere. I feel like I got hit by a bus though, maybe one for "little people", but a bus none the less.

Finally made this one up.
6 full rounds in about 19 minutes, but I had to stop twice to beat my children.
1st round strict push-ups, the rest on knees
assisted bar dips each round (90#)
push presses all at 60#
I can barely lift my arms. Ouch.
