As rx'd except for ring pull-ups, the first 25 of which were with false grip and unbroken!
I was on par for a sub 21 and while doing sit-ups I had a sharp pain in the lower abdominals and had to RUN!! to the bathroom.
Ended up being a 26:44 with "the run".

As rx'd minus 30 pullups. Sissy hands got me again.

Been off with injured ribs for 2 weeks but managed to do this one in about 30 minutes. My hands are toast tore both off them on pullup #94. Was really just about trying to get something done today.

Did this one at home with my 5 yr old son coaching me!

100 each (in broken sets, of course):

pull-ups (jumping)
push-ups (girly)
sit ups (1/2 w/feet anchored by the 5 yr old/half unanchored)
squats

Oh yeah Jennie and Jayson thanks for the applause on the run time, that is one thing I did plenty of for 6 months at FLETC is run and I got pretty good at it, and dodging the drive by's and car jackers helps too ;) I may try to make it saturday I will see what is on the schedule. If not I will try to catch you one of the days I am in Jackson.

My arms weren't in full extension at the bottom of the pull-ups, I didn't squat low enough, I didn't open my hips at the top of my squat, my torso wasn't upright during the squat and I had to use my hands for assistance on a few of the sit-ups. All that cheating and my score was still 1:37 slower than last time. What a loser.
