Holy crap this was hard. I did not have a whole lot of motivation this morning so I had to make some adjustments.
As rx'd except for
regular dips
15 20lb pullups 15 regular
tried handstand push ups but couldn't do it... 30 regular
all that crappy work in 25minutes even

As rxd with Keel and Stines at a "new" gym: 20:19. HSPU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roy and Stines came out for this one. My favorite part was when it was over.
Not quite as RX'd. I did the Hspu's out of order b/c we only had one set of rings up. On the weighted pulls I did about 10 w/ 45 lbs. then dropped to 35 to gets some better ROM.

(NOT) as Rx'd but i at least tried.

-ring dips were not fully locked out (oh yeah, and it took me forever to do them and that's why Jayson had to go out of order...he lapped me)
-had to scale down to own body weight pullups after attempting one with 45# and struggling with 2 of 25#
-head did not touch the mat on hspu
don't want to see this one again for a while

50 Dips w/ 100# assist (my weakness for sure)
35 Pull-ups (15 @ 60# assist, 20 @ 70# assist)

Reached muscle failure several times. I mean, I did do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats yesterday...

This was tough. I had to drop down to 25lb on the pull-ups after about 5 and had to do regular dips, dident have access to rings thank goodness. Did 60 more push ups with my legs elivated 4' instead of HSPU.27min

tried one pullup with 45 lb,,dropped it and did regular pullups( most of which were jumping).everything else as rx'd. 15:48,
