had to make this one up that's why i'm a day behind. tried to increase by five more than last time. shoulders were already toasted from this week.

Note: Didn't have time to get 5 sets on PP and PJ and actually did split jerks in place of push jerks cause I like those more.

Ok, that jkeel from May 6 is definitely Jennie, not Jayson. He would be a real wuss to do such weights. I however pr'ed by 10# on the SP and PJ!
