Did a little skill work today to improve on some of my weaknesses...Overhead squat practice with something other than a broomstick finally.

45, 45, 50, 55, 60(failed on rep 1 on 2 seperate attempts, probably from 120/120 yesterday)

Deadlift practice for reps and form instead of weight...70# a whole bunch of times.
