"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Post time to comments.

Great. 200 Push ups? Looks like my first Murph may take a while.

Note: Since the WOD states partition as needed a common way to approach this is as follows.
1 mi. run
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
(for 20 rounds)
1 mi. run
or
1 mi. run
10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 squats
(for 10 rounds)
1 mi. run
It's gonna suck however you choose to do it!
I can't wait!

Well i did 1 mile run, then 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and then a 1 mile run. I m gassed and it took me 55:55. Oh well it sucked. I know my time is slow doin it that way.

I did the 5,10,15 for 20 method and I can't say I felt any better than the last time I did Murph via the 100,200,300 method.
My time did improve by over 5 min. though.
As RX'd with kipping pull-ups, 21 knot wind gust and pouring rain... 44:32
I'm going to find somewhere to lay down and die now!
Roy, Nut, Jeremy, are ya'll getting out for five-O de Mayo?
If so shoot me an email.
Later

I believe we all have to work so yes we will be out.

Did it as prescribed minus the 20lb vest.
Didn't move on to the next until complete. 100/200/300
We didn't catch on that you could partition like "Cindy" until after we finished.
49:10 needless to say involved sweat, tears, slober and a little puke.
Wish we were in Jackson so we could hit those park WOD's with you guys.

Well I did Tuesday's 5K yesterday since I was not able to make it on Tues. The Crossfit gods punished me today with Murph!!!! As RX'd minus the weight vest 48:24 I did the pullups, pushups, and squats in ten sets of 10, 20, and 30 I dont think I could have finished if I would have had to do each exercise to failure

Did 1 mile, 100 pull, 200 push, 300 squat, 1 mile. Did not partition because we were stupid. Cussed myself, cussed spencer, cussed all you guys that I don't know...but finished. Last time I did this I left out 100 push ups and a 1/2 mile at end so happy.
48:20
For some reason we are going to run 7 miles tomorrow as well, think maybe the south is frying our brains.

As rx'd minus the vest 42:23
I did partition (thanks keel) and would have broke 40 minutes had i not cramped on my last run (i took an atihistamine before going to bed this morning, think it dried me out). I was at 31 and some change after finishing the 600 reps. Kudos to you guys who did not partition, i don't think i could have finished doing it that way.

As rx'd 51:00 sucked I know I could have done better. maybe next time

As Rx'd with vest. Rained most of the time. Time was too dang slow 1:14. Did not break it up, did all 100, then 200,and so on. Probably should have broken it up. Oh well, it kicked my butt..lol
