22:42 Finally beat Jayson....yesss.....I'm dragging Jayson with me Saturday Sam. Nice time. Finally met Stines today. Thanks for having me out. It was awesome!

Man I miss being able to run due to my bummed hamstring!! Still keeping tabs on you guys though. Did "Cindy" today (not my best round but I need some more heal time for my hammy). It was awesome to meet Spencer today. Always cool to put a face with the names on the board. Don't worry about shooting Spence, just stick with flying and Crossfit :) lol! Keep it up guys.
