To any of you guys that know spencer he and his wife had a baby boy last night at about 12:30. He ( Nicholas Spencer Widman) came out and did a muscle up right on the spot. The future looks promising.
I did not do the wod today because I suck and decided to sleep in. Will definetely make up for it by punishing myself in the days to come. Pukie get ready.
Finally got around to making this one up. Did the 3 to 1 sub since I can't do ring dips yet. Dips done on gravitron for assistance.
21 Full Squat Cleans 65#
63 Dips (30@90#assist, 33@100#assist)
15 Full Squat Cleans 65#
45 Dips (some at 100, some at 110)
9 Full Squat Cleans 65# (F on last 3 tries)
30 Dips (because I don't know what 9x3 is, all at 110# assist)

Note to self: Must work on dips more often than they are prescribed. I sucked today.
I have to fly to Gulfport MS today and won't be bck till tomorrow. I will have to make this one up, unless the Best Western is Crossfit compatible.

95lbs for cleans, ring dips as rx'd forgot to look at watch when I completed think my times was roughly 14 minutes

Did power cleans on the rest.
Coughed up a lung on the last set of 9 cleans.
