4 rnds. *had to do power cleans instead of squat cleans after the first round, also ended up doing a push press toward the end instead of a jerk*
Awesome wod!! Thanks again Jayson, for the advise on the mu's and for the "new" place to workout. Beats the hell out of the box gym!! Next time, try not to eat so much before the wod. :) haha!

What an awesome day!
Only got 3 rounds with 15 c&j's and was about 150m into the run when I had to relive lunch and the timer went off. Started out with full squat cleans and that quickly became power cleans.
Brandon and Jeremy came out to the hangar for the WOD.
Jeremy got his first 3 muscle ups and even with a pulled ham string he beat me on todays wod. Of course I ate a cheese burger and 5 chicken wings before I worked out. (thats on page 46 in the pocket guide of excuses)
Thanks for coming out guys and come back anytime.

3 rounds and 5 clean and jerks. Man if I could find me a crossfit buudy I would have alot better time. But I do kind of enjoy the wierd looks I get at the gym. I was done with the warm up and workout before one tard got off the stair stepper. If you want to do stairs get a 20 pound vest find about 5 flights and man up with some burpees in between. That's my rant for the day.

guess I should have looked at the site before going to the gym. did three rounds of 400m run and clean (not clean and jerk) was able to get a fourth run in and two additional cleans. hope to make it out to Keel's place next time.....
